We have recently migrated to Odoo 16 and we are encounter an issue with the CRONs.

They are not executed automatically and after I restart the web machine, they go back to working normally and stop after some time.

After some digging in the code, we have found that the " ir_cron._process_jobs" stops working and returns this error: SSL SYSCALL error: Connection timed out

The web and database server are separate and we have one database.

Hello Master,
Thank you for your input. I have tried what you suggested but unfortunately it didn't work.

Hi,

You need to grant privileges to the new Postgres user in the file /etc/postgresql/16/main/pg_hba.conf. Please add this line:
local   all             YOUR_USER                           md5

Please double-check your Postgres version in the specified path.
