Hello, I'm currently using Odoo v14E and I'm facing an issue on data that Odoo automatically calculates for field "probability" in model "crm.lead"; as far as I know, when reaching stage "Won" (is_won field ticked for stage), the probability automatically turns to 100%, is this true or this has another expected behaviour?

According to the next image, for this opportunity in won stage, the automated probability calculates 81.59%, and I did put it to 100% to use "Open opportunities filter for the make up of some dashboards".

Also, if someone has more knowledge on the calculation of this field, please provide me some feedback or link to read about that.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Predictive lead scoring is a machine-learning model that uses historical data from Odoo CRM to score open leads/opportunities.

Predictive lead scoring uses some data to predict the probability of winning each new lead or opportunity.

When an opportunity moves to the next stage, its probability of success automatically increases according to the predictive lead scoring algorithm.

To customize the variables used by predictive lead scoring,

go to CRM ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings. Under Predictive Lead Scoring, click on the Update Probabilities button.

Then, click on the drop-down menu to choose which variables the predictive lead scoring feature will take into account.

The variables Stage and Team are always in effect.

Hope it helps
