Odoo 18 introduced a “Document Digitization” feature in Accounting. This lets you import invoices (PDF, scanned documents) and extract data (vendor, amounts, lines) to vendor bills. While this is primarily geared to creating bills, you could extend or combine it with custom logic to generate POs based on the extracted data.
