Seulement je ne sais ou je peux récupérer les photos jointe par mes clients.... Aidez moi svp
If the 'extra step during checkout' is enabled and there is a file or image upload part of that form, the uploaded file will be availble in the chatter portion of that order.

Is it a default functionality in odoo or it is from a custom app ? If it is an odoo functionality, could you share a screen shot from where you activated this option(screenshot in english will be better) .
If it is a third party app, you may have to check with its author or go through the written code to understand where it has been stored.
