what is the best approach to change the lot of a product when it is moved to another internal location?

Our use case:

Amazon does not track lots, so when we transfer the inventory to the Amazon warehouse, we need to change the lot to the default lot named "FBA".

Issue:

When I change the lot during receipt, my lot named A will keep the amount in the transit location, and it will create a negative amount for the FBA-lot in the transit location and a positiv amount for lot FBA in the final location.

How can I create a process that changes the lot during receipt?
