i guess we have to do this with SQL... the idea is to export the table (or backup) then use SQL to update the orderpoint qty to zero. this would stop ERP from trying to create draft PO for items not required due to low seasonal demand. For any given product this could be maintain a stock of 10 in summer and 1 in winter. In spring we load up the 'Summer' orderpoint values and 'Autumn / Fall' we would load up the 'Winter' orderpoint values

You can export the order points to a CSV file, edit them, then import the CSV too.
