I see in units of measure I can set a define unit - then a "greater than reference" or "less than reference"

Here's my situation - I make a product that takes 4 items and mushes them together.  Sometimes I'll buy these 4 items seperate - but now I'd like to buy a 'kit'.

Lets say 1 kit has 50 of item A, 50 of item B, 50 of item C, and 50 of item D.

So can i set it up that when I receive this one 1 - it automatally populates the inventory for all 4 items?

I can also buy these items sperately - which is why I have them broken out.
