We just went live with Odoo yesterday. We are running Odoo 18.0 SaaS. We have hundreds of serialized product we have already shipped to customers over the last 5 years. We would like to have them in Odoo so the support team can easily find them and issue a return if they need to come back for service. We rarely need to return and exchange. These stay customer owned throughout the entire process. What is the best way to import this information into Odoo so it doesn't affect inventory evaluation and so these do not show up in the books in the accounting app?
