I have created a new automatic action email to send out e-mails for quotations that are unsigned. I would love for this Action to show up in the "chatter" side bar as an outgoing e-mail. Is there an option/setting I am missing for this to occur?

Secondly, because we are on odoo 14, we must force all e-mails to go in/out from a catchall e-mail. This is a "solution" to some of our customers having restrictive DMARC policies that for whatever reason don't play nice with Odoo ( if anyone has a better option for e-mail than this we are all ears). I tried replacing the reply to email as catchall@ but that doesn't seem to "stick" either.
