I would like to set recurring maintenance schedule for various routine maintenance activities. Is there a way to do it in Comm Ver 11? or in community 12 or enterprise version?

Take a look at the MAINTENANCE tab on each piece of EQUIPMENT that you create:
Next Preventive Maintence Date is calculated based on the Preventive interval entered (days).
A Maintenance Request is automatically created / re-created so that proactive maintenance can occur.
Is that possible to have many preventive intervals for example, weekly and monthly? I have two types of checks.
I have the same question - each piece of equipment has several PM tasks with various dates. Perhaps create a one to many relationship here?
You can create a new custom field on each piece of Equipment that relates it to a "Parent". You can then hide the fields (including the Description and Product Information tabs) that you would not need to fill out again, since they would be shown on the Parent record. "Children" are created, each with a different frequency, to support as many different recurring and manually created Maintenance Requests.
@Ray, Not really following your answer here. What exactly do you mean with adding a custom field that relates to a parent.
I Also go this question from a customer that has weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance.
Add a custom field on maintenance.equipment that relates to maintenance.equipment
You then create an Equipment record called "Compressor" and then three other records called "Weekly" and "Monthly" and "Yearly" that are children of it.
Customize the View. Hide the Maintenance tab when there are related Children and instead show a tab with the children and the maintenance fields in an editable list.

thank you, i have seen that but i have not seen where the next preventative maintenance pops up on a calendar or gives a reminder?
Checkout the Scheduled Action "Maintenance: generate preventive maintenance requests" that creates/re-creates a Maintenance Request based on the next_action_date.
