We have several customers interested in online appointments in v17.  They are asking though, how to handle manual appointments (e.g., calling up to make a booking).  Can we enter into appointments and then the resource is booked?  


We have several other questions also, looking for an expert to help us paid if needed.

Also, for more advanced features for the generation of appointment time slots, this app - https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/17.0/business_appointment - might be helpful.

We found the answer.  In the backend, there is the appointments tab.  Open that, and there is an option to manually enter a booking there for whatever resource is required.  When you book this way manually, it removes that time slot from the available times shown in the website front end.  Very nice.

hi Cybrosys, Can you tell me how to add Available Employees to this as is in your demo? This is not an option on mine. I am finding it hard to link and Employee, only a User or Resource :(
