Hi, 

I understand that for the "invitations" tab to show (allowing you to accept/decline appointments) the user must first turn on development mode.  

Can somebody please explain the busines flow / logic here? Do we really expect users to enter development mode to accept appointments?  Yes, I know we can set manual confirmation  on/off in config settings.  I just don't understand the logical flow here.
