When I clock on the download / print button in the customer portal i receive an error:
ValueError: External ID not found in the system: sale.action_report_saleorder
I seem to of messed this up. It was loading the incorrect template and now its not working at all... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Working on V16 on SH.

Hi,
Can you upgrade the module with technical name sale and see if it resolve issue, while upgrading ensure you have selected the same app, because there is two apps with name sale, so focus on the technical name and upgrade.

Hi,The error that you mentioned is due to the id "action_report_saleorder" not being present in the sale module.
This id is the id of the report action in the sales module which lets you print the sales report.
If you have made any custom module which inherits this, please check that.
If not, try upgrading the sales module. (Technical name: sale).
