The Date (03/05/2021) doesn't match the Number (BNK2/2020/12/0067). You might want to clear the field Number before proceeding with the change of the date.
I am getting the above error for all payments automatically generated for one bank account. No Changes to the entry have been made and I don't know how to access or modify the entry number. Because of this error we cannot post any payment entries to this bank account.

You have probably found the solution by now, in which case it would be good to share with the community. If not, are you trying to reconcile the Dec 2020 bank transactions using 5th March 2021 as a date? The issue seems to be related to the number BNK2/2020/12/0067 in which 2020 indicates the year in which the transaction has occurred. Odoo sees it as a mismatch with the year (2021) in the date you are trying to post the entry in (03/05/2021). The entry numbers are generated automatically but you can customise the settings by going to your BNK2 journal and under the journal entries tab click "BNK2 Sequence" link.

I get the same error if i try to import bank account for reconciliation.
