De stichting ICCO, opgericht in 1964, was het enige lid van de coöperatie.Sinds 1 januari 2021 is ICCO gefuseerd met Cordaid. Dat betekent dat Cordaid de aandeelhouder is van ICCO Group B.V. en haar dochtermaatschappijen.
