Dear All, 

We are in the process of evaluating the helpdesk.

We would like to know if there are automated workflows.

We would like to (let) send an email reminder to the customer after 5 days that he still has to provide requested (missing) information (or files).

If he has not sent anything after 10 days, we would (let) send him an email that the case has been temporarily closed and that he can reopen the case at any time by sending the requested information (or files).
