Hi! I have seen the help posts about this same question, but since I installed Odoo 10 Enterprise with the .deb file it doesn't have a odoo-bin file (I looked on the hidden files also). Also the installation run and it doesn't say where Odoo is also. 

Kindly I ask where to find it and how to create module with this kind of installation.

P.D. I tried before, to create modules with Odoo COmmunity and the odoo-bin and other files can be found, since I know the path where I installed.
