This entries are from ir_act_window rather than ir_act_windows_view. It is not what I was searching. thanks
I don't think ir.act_window.view has its own menu/action/view Pascal. You can create it yourself if you need it. From the official Odoo, you need to view it from the ir.act_window as @Jeff had suggested.
