We want to install and evaluate Odoo on a Linux server. What distro Linux do you recommend (we prefer to use Red Hat if possible). Do you have documentation on how to install Odoo on Linux?

Debian/Ubuntu is the preferred Linux distro for Odoo. You can find installation instructions for both Debian/Ubuntu and Fedora here:
