Hi in Sales Order there is an option to define the customer in customer, invoice adress and delivery adress.

Could please someone explain what the difference between customer and invoice address is. I could not really think of any scenario.

Customer: who orders

Invoice: who pays

Delivery: who receives

B2B: There are many scenarios where CUSTOMER tells you to send the INVOICE to another department or person or even company.

B2C: I want to buy a gift basket for my sister and my brother will pay.
