I am trying to send an email to customers with attachments less than 15MB, but its not going through. two attachements is 11MB and the other one is less than 1MB? if the limit is 10MB? how can i increase it ?
at some cases, yes i was able to send 11MB. although the limit is 10MB. not sure what is happening, but am not happy with this limitation.

the email doesnt reach to the customers with attachments more than 10MB. I have tested that couple of times. thats why am asking if that is Odoo's limit?
can your customer recieve mails bigger than 10 MB?
what error message do you get?
Ist 10MB still the limit for Emails nowadays? I was trying to send a 40MB Attachment and it did not get sent. I got the error message:Unbekannter Fehler: SMTPDataError: 554 5.2.270 MapiExceptionMaxSubmissionExceeded; Message size exceeds maximum size limit.; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:MessageSubmissionExceededException.MapiExceptionMaxSubmissionExceeded; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message
