I have several mailing lists and each time I run a new campaign I upload a new xls file for my target emails. How can I make sure that the contacts database doesn't get duplicates and respects end users that have opted out? I would want contacts that have been included in other campaigns just have that contact updated with the new campaign details.
Right now it creates a duplicate contact.
