thanks for the advice with the html field. I mean the template worksheets that can be added to a project and can be configured with studio. I can see and fill in these worksheets in the project with my normal odoo account but I cannot see them with a portal account. My partners should be able to send files, pictures and text to me and I need something like a drop down menu with multiple answers for them to choose the correct one. Like a questionnaire with multiple questions. I can configure a worksheet with my needs but can I configure the portal that partners can edit it?

You can change access rights of portal users, so extra accounts shouldn't be needed.

However I believe you will have to create customization because worksheets are not in the Odoo portal by default, also what specifily do you mean with worksheet? Because I can create a project, with a task and in the task I have an HTML field that is shown in the portal by default and with this HTML field I can create many types of worksheets.
