I believe current menuitems in v9 community defy basic UI principles. Some menuitems linked to a window action don't change at all upon mouse over and click and they have the same style as those menuitems that are not linked to a window action. Am I the only really uncomfortable with this?
Does Odoo have any plan improving this?

I find it annoying too. You really don't know which ones are clickable and which aren't.
