hello members i would like to know how can i choose a sequence number for new stage ( that i will create) , ( that sequence number will organize by order the stages or what) thanks for your help , ( sorry , it's my first experience with openerp)
At the kanban view, click & drag the stages around according to your requirements. The system will set the sequence number automatically.

Task has sequence and you can order them in list view with drag & drog.
