I want to have the possibility to send email when i click an "approval" button to the user that made the request. And also I want to send an email to who has to approve the request when a use click on a "request of approval" button. Is that possible?

Hello you can create a server action that handles the email triggering:
First make sure you have installed the app base_automation
Enter debug mode and then go to Settings > Technical > Automated actions and create a new one like this:
