I am getting this error when trying to connect a second bank account from the same bank. 


I go to configuration - Add a bank account, 

Choose an account with an existing consent

It appears there. When I click on the account I want and click connect it says " Record does not exist or has been deleted. (Record: account.online.account(2,), User: 2)".
