I was reading the FAQ at odoo.sh about this subject. They say this should be handled from services like clouflare. Cloudflare is quite expensive for me (200$ month and is more). Will there be a more economic service, to use Odoo.sh with own domain name and SSL?. Depending on the service could I work with a free certificate?...

For me that is a show stopper, we had this discussion some time ago. Not even cloudflare does recommend such a setup. I would not run production servers on odoo.sh. I recommend to set up an own production server abd a proper reverse proxy server.
