I am looking for the "Timesheet" module in the https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules.
Don't know if a similar module is available for Odoo14 CE.

For Odoo 14 CE, do the following:
Enable developer mode
Install the Project app
Go to Project > Configuration > Settings and enable Task Logs in the Time Management section

I don't need mobile apps.
