Ray's implicit answer was a clear NO. As you may have realized already, Odoo Studio is one of the USPs of Odoo Enterprise. Customizing Odoo without Odoo Studio is not too hard for many cases, but it has a steeper learning curve and needs some more efforts.
Geert Remaut did you find an opensource studio alternative?
Odoo Studio adds a very user friendly user interface to access core capabilities that are part of Odoo Community and Enterprise, just harder to understand how to use without that user interface.

My question was if there was an alternative module available to create your own or adapt existing modules. I need lots of data an need to create lots of extra fields and tabs and look for an easqy soution.
If you just need to create fields i think you can use this modules
