hello i ve got this error whenever i am in the developer mode and i try to upgrade an app or something else, what can  i do, help please

It looks that your URL is broken. When you enter debug mode, URL should have ?debug. Can you post how does your URL look in debug mode?

Hello , here is my url it s not broken acctualy once i activate the developer mode :
