Current setup is virtual IOT running on a windows PC with a Mettler Toledo Ariva-S scales connected to it via serial-to-USB. Odoo server is on-premise, hence comms speed should not be the issue.
Currently it takes around 2 seconds when changing weight for the POS to update.
