in odoo16 if you use paper format with different custom paper size it always show the same size of paper. if you print product label from product same issue is there. seems bug from odoo.

This is a confirmed bug in Odoo 16 and already issues are reported and is expected to resolve soon.
Update:
This has been fixed as of now, and pulling the latest source code will resolve the issue.
