Once the manufacturing of the goods is completed, and they are ready for testing, where can the results be displayed? Or how is it configured, so that users from the unit testing can view them?

In the quality app, you can always go to menu Quality Control -> Quality checks to list and filter the checks that has been done.
Open the manufacturing order, and you find the link to quality checks on a smart button.
Create a report that prints from the manufacturing order with the quality checks and perhaps attach it to the materials.
There exist a default print from quality checks, but you might have to modify it for your needs.
