Kindly provide me with steps to share models (such as Discuss, Calendar, Notes, Contacts, Documents, CRM, sales, point of sale, purchase, Inventory, Accounting, projects, email marketing, Expenses) only by employees in each department using Groups, access rights, record rules, domains?

The links do not provide direct information. Kindly provide me with the "domain" I should input in the "Record rule" to achieve "Department employees" able to share documents amongst themselves separate from other "departments"

It's not as simple as telling you which domain to use!

You could use multi-company or a third-party app that allows you to setup branches: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/bi_odoo_multi_branch_hr/
