Is there any automated script to migrate code and database as well from Odoo 12 to odoo 13?

If you have custom modules, you need to migrate them into v13.
If you are an enterprise user, you can upload your database () for the migration process and Odoo will migrate it.
If you are a community user, you can use OpenUpgrade tool to migrate the community database.
