My odoo , comes out blank, it only shows me the apps on one side, when I click on them it shows me nothing, the only way to see something is with the developer mode.

Hi,
You have to cross check the recent technical changes made in the system to understand why it happens.
As part of debugging:
* see the browser console
* Check odoo log
