Notification message below record when record data edited

Question

Hello Community,
Is there any way or module to get notification message at below relevant record If it edited by someone.
I need only three value the name of field, value and edited by in message.

My suggestions:
1) You read about *automated actions* in Odoo, for exapmle see: "Used automated actions on event conditions" [1]
2) In addition, this module may be helpfuly for you: Audit Log [2]
