I want to set thousand separator but in Settings -> Translation I only have one item "Load Translation". I'm using odoo 8, Any advice?

You check "Technical Features" on user Administrator view, in "Access Rights". Next you edit Languages from menu Translations.
It works!! thank you zbik. I was looking at www.odoo.com/forum/how-to/miscellaneous-14/how-to-define-the-thousands-separator-88 but there was no clue about "Technical Features" access.
