It is possible to create a new project and have the task columns already assigned, for example I create a project and when I enter tasks the column is already new, assigned, in progress, done, review, etc.
The idea is to create a template and when creating a new project it is already configured and not having to do it by hand every time
By default odoo has no feature about project template without duplicate option.
You can solve this using custom module

Thanks Ray, I knew about that option, I was wondering if something could be set by default without having to do 4 clicks on different sites, it's quite tedious
Projects can be duplicated, so you can set one up and name it "Template" and duplicate it every time you need it.
