Read the depreciation section of the following blog
Asset Management and Depreciation in Odoo 10
Hope it helps
Click on the button Sell or Dispose. This action will post the full / remaining costs of this assets, accordingly it let you close the depreciation cycle of that Asset

Click on the button Sell or Dispose. All the entries posted but still can't close it.
