I’m interested in using our company’s knowledge base as our Wiki. Since we’re ISO, we need document SKUs, revisions, document owners, and an approval workflow.  how do I do this?


  1.  why doesn’t the numbered list formatting match the  text I am entering?  

  2. How can I modify the numbered list to use different formatting schemes? For example, if I begin with 1.0, I can indent it to get 1.1 instead of the letter “a”.
