Current behavior: While importing the CSV not able to see the one2many fields within the one2many fields. because of the that not able to map them.
When we import nested one2many fields, its fields not showing in the dropdown for mapping.
Expected behavior: Like v11 it should show the fields to map in the header.

I saw that you've already made a bug report for this (at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/29877). It does seem to be a bug in the V12 framework so you'll have to either wait for a fix from Odoo or create a pull request to fix it yourself.
If you have an enterprise license you should also report it through https://odoo.com/help as the priority there is higher and you'll get a fix faster. The Github tracker is on a best-effort basis.
