invit user by sending email

Question

Hi,
i did all the configurations of mail serever but when i tried to invit user by using email this message appeared

what should i do ?

Maybe a push on the "Test Connection" could be interesting.
In my opinion, it's just a question of password : check if they are the same on gmail and on odoo.

Have you configured the mail server with ssl/tls connection security? and should ensure the password and username are correct.
look this pic and compareyour configuration.
