Has anyone done any one-way integration (from OpenERP) for contacts to update exchange/outlook contact lists.

Hi Kevin,
We have MS Exchange integration in our pipeline, scheduled to go out in early 2017. With PieSync you'll be able to sync contacts both one-way or 2-way, meaning that any new contacts and/or updates to existing contacts will be synced.
