Is it possible to set dymanic alignment in ODOO, I will give the value from the form this value need to affect in QWEB report. Ex. Name field I will the value top=50 and from left = 40 it will alignment based on the top left values. This concept is possible in QWEB Report.

for left you can use .css styling and for top you can use header spacing in paper format. you can define paper format for your report they are report specific.
Yogesh it is not working form me, I tried like this
I need to give a value dynamically. this 23 and 25 will come from the OpenERP form.
