Hi,

One of our users users has deleted a user account and now we are unable to change or duplicate the records (SO, Quotations, Invoices) created by that deleted user account. 

We are getting below error notification

"

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Contact, Operation: read) "

Hey Ali,

Thanks for the reply. I as you instructed I went to the DB console and then I found that the deleted user is still in the res_users table. So my second question is why that user is not showing in the user interface in  settings  even  it is is not unarchived/inactive.

How do I recover from this ?

If you have backup you can restore it.

If you don't have backup , insert a new record to the database for the deleted user with same id he had before, you can get his id from the quotations and invoices he created.

I deleted my admin user and I am using odor 16 online. how can I Restore my user? as now I couldn't connect to my database
