How to import new record in many2one field

Question

Hi I'm developer, using Odoo V15. I'm trying to import data csv to stock.move.line [1] but I got error when I want to import new records in many2one field (Lot,Package) , it's only good when I add exist record in db.
Did anyone try to use this function? I spent many days to research it but cannot found good solution.
