Hello everybody,

my company would like to create an overview of the software licences we use on Odoo (I think we have the latest version).

To see who has what, when it expires, whether it renews automatically etc.

Does anyone of you already use such a tool and can explain to me how we can implement it? I don't think Odoo inventory is the way to go here?

Some options:

  • Maintenance App (software as equipment)
  • Project App (software as a task)
  • Subscriptions App (software as a subscription)
  • Knowledge App 
  • Documents App (storing the Invoices / Contracts / Terms)
  • Studio App (create your own App, model, Menu, etc)
