try this code,
1)image from static folder
<img class="img" src="/your_module/static/src/img/your_image.png" style="height:45%;width:100%;" />
2)Image from database
<img t-att-src="'data:image/png;base64,%s' % to_text(doc.yor_field_name)"/>
